Decolonizing Your Self-Care Webinar Replay

Guest trainer, Aisha Shabazz, will guide you in the process of undoing your self-care so you can truly do self-care without perpetuating systems of oppression.

Create a self-care practice that works, so that you can show up for yourself and your clients.

This webinar experience is for mental health and helping professionals who want to serve their clients without sacrificing their own quality of life.

Are you...

On the edge of burnout?

Feeling overwhelmed most of the time?

Constantly feeling emotionally and physically tired ?

Trying to make it to your next vacation?

There is a better way to do this work and take care of yourself at the same time…

Listen, I KNOW there are people everywhere you turn telling you how important self-care is to your professional journey.

When it comes to nourishing and sustainable self-care, the kind we need as mental health and helping professionals, not many  tell you how to truly practice self-care…how to unpack your “self-care backpack” and repack it for a successful career journey.

This Webinar is designed to help you explore, challenge, and reimagine your self-care without keeping alive systems of oppression.

What You Can Expect...

  • Examine your current approach to self-care and its impact on you and your client work.
  • Evaluate how systems of oppression are present in modern self-care routines and rhetoric
  • Demonstrate an understanding of how to redefine self-care without perpetuating systems of oppression.

Looking forward to connecting with you!
