Think about you doing your own healing work as an opportunity to clear more space so you have the emotional capacity to hold space with your clients for their healing.
It is easy to intentionally and unintentionally ignore your own work, but it also makes it harder to do good work with your clients. It takes more energy to hold your own unprocessed emotion while also helping a client process their emotion.
